I engage in the general practice of law, with emphasis on personal injury, family law, products liability litigation, medical malpractice, food-borne illness, dram shop, trucking cases, premises liability, catastrophic injury and wrongful death actions. I have trial and appellate experience in state and federal courts, having participated in matters involving a few thousand dollars to over one hundred million dollars.
I practice in all Georgia courts and have been specially admitted to practice law in a number of states, including Alabama, Indiana, Maryland, Missouri, North Carolina, New York, and California. I believe the American jury system is the finest in the World and the best safeguard of our liberty. As an attorney, I work hard for my clients and do not confuse activity with achievement. And I do my best to avoid The Six Mistakes of Man.
